These variations are natural phenomena inherent to materials shaped by nature; they are not defects but evidence of the authenticity of natural stone. Standing water in the installed layer may cause moisture stains, salt crystal efflorescence, or chips in the stone during handling. The above-mentioned characteristics are not considered defects or valid reasons for rejecting the material and do not constitute grounds for complaints. Such deviations are natural properties of the material and should not be reported as faults. The use of salt or similar substances is prohibited. For installation, an appropriate adhesive for natural stone must be used to prevent penetration through the material. Natural stone can be effectively impregnated for enhanced durability. In raw-split elements, tool marks, cut surfaces, and dimensional tolerances relative to the size of the product may be visible. The cobblestones are supplied in commercial-grade quality.
