Natural products due to the sharp edges and corners during packing into bags and transportation during the movement of the product in the bags may be damaged - cut, which is also associated with longer unloading, and this is not considered a defect and as a reason to reject the material and do not constitute grounds for complaint. If you have a complaint about our material, please contact us immediately, we will be happy to deal with it immediately. The installed material is considered accepted and can no longer be objected to.

Due to the natural origin of the stone, the company ART GRANIT reserves the possibility of differences in the shade of the selected color, stone structure and color, as well as possible efflorescence or rust, the layout of the use, micro-cracks and overgrowth compared to the review photos, samples and our products presented on the site. Standing water in the laid layer can cause moisture stains or salt crystal efflorescence, as well as chipping of disturbed stone during processing. The above-mentioned characteristics are not considered defects and as a reason to reject the material and cannot be the basis for complaints and no claims should be made, as such deviations are natural properties of the material. It is not allowed to use salt, etc. agents. For installation, use a suitable adhesive for natural stone that will not penetrate the natural stone. Natural stone can be impregnated very well.
