Slate is a material with a wide range of uses, high functionality and durability. It is characterized by high resistance to abrasion and weathering. Stone slate retains its specific appearance and properties for many years and does not require any special care. It is worth noting that this material is absolutely fireproof and waterproof.

Natural products, due to their sharp edges and corners, may become damaged—such as cuts or tears—during packing into bags and transportation as the product shifts within the bags. This may also result in longer unloading times, but it is not considered a defect, a reason for rejecting the material, or grounds for a complaint. Installed material is considered accepted, and no objections can be raised afterward.

Due to the natural origin of stone, ART GRANIT reserves the right for variations in the shade of the chosen color, stone structure, and coloration, as well as potential efflorescence, rust, veining patterns, microcracks, and inclusions compared to reference photos, samples, or products displayed on our website. These variations are natural phenomena inherent to materials shaped by nature; they are not defects but evidence of the authenticity of natural stone. Standing water in the installed layer may cause moisture stains, salt crystal efflorescence, or chips in the stone during handling. The above-mentioned characteristics are not considered defects or valid reasons for rejecting the material and do not constitute grounds for complaints. Such deviations are natural properties of the material and should not be reported as faults. The use of salt or similar substances is prohibited. For installation, an appropriate adhesive for natural stone must be used to prevent penetration through the material. Natural stone can be effectively impregnated for enhanced durability. In raw-split elements, tool marks, cut surfaces, and dimensional tolerances relative to the size of the product may be visible. The cobblestones are supplied in commercial-grade quality.
